About my apiary...

I maintain 10 to 11 hives (depends on conditions...after all beekeeping is a type of agricultre) on my farm in central Eaton county (about 3 miles northwest of Charlotte).  The bees produce anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 ton of surpluss honey, again depending on weather conditition through out the year.  I do not use checimals in the hives; nothing in the honey but what the bees bring themselves.
